Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BS Tourism/BS Hospitality Management Program Chair based in Cabuyao. The Program Chair will oversee the administration of the BS Tourism and BS Hospitality Management programs, including developing and updating curricula, ensuring compliance with academic standards, and fostering relationships with industry partners. Daily tasks also involve mentoring faculty, facilitating student engagement, and enhancing program quality. The role demands active participation in academic policies, strategic planning, and continuous assessment of educational outcomes.

Qualifications

At least Masters Degree holder in business, tourism or hospitality and other related field
