The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in food technology or related field and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting. Knowledge of lean tools (5S, waste reduction) and labor regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or any related engineering field
• Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily shift operations and production output specifically within the breadline
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food hygiene safety standards
• Implement lean tools such as 5S and waste reduction to optimize floor efficiency
• Supervise, train, and guide shift personnel while maintaining proper labor compliance
