Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a creative Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer to join our team in a on-site capacity. The role focuses on delivering clean, professional visuals across digital and print, supporting marketing campaigns, recruitment efforts, and brand consistency.

A strong portfolio and 2–3 years’ experience are highly valued, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content production.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic and multimedia work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, and/or Canva.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media graphics, advertisements, marketing collateral, and datasheets.
Develop visual content that aligns with the brand identity and standards.
Produce short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia content for social media and campaigns.
Perform basic video editing, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, graphics, and other resources.
Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and brand presentation.
Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and other teams to develop materials.
Support campaigns and recruitment initiatives with creative content.
