The role focuses on generating publicity opportunities, coordinating promotional initiatives, and developing compelling materials aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in publicity, public relations, media communications, or integrated communications.
• Proven experience planning and executing publicity campaigns or media outreach initiatives.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing press releases, media pitches, promotional materials, and corporate announcements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute publicity and communications plans to increase brand awareness and public visibility.
• Identify opportunities for media exposure, interviews, features, press coverage, and promotional partnerships.
• Prepare and review press releases, company announcements, media pitches, publicity materials, and other communication content.
• Coordinate publicity campaigns, promotional activities, company events, and brand exposure initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media representatives, content partners, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, and Multimedia teams to support campaigns.
• Develop compelling stories and key messages communicating services, achievements, initiatives, and milestones.
• Monitor media coverage, publicity results, and public feedback to assess effectiveness.
• Recommend opportunities to improve public presence and audience awareness.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather accurate information for announcements and features.
