Million Dollar Baby Co. is seeking a talented Video & Motion Graphics Editor to bring brand stories to life across campaigns, product launches, digital ads, and social channels.

You will design and animate graphics for websites and social feeds, collaborating with creative, social, partnerships, and brand teams to craft engaging narratives. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a keen eye for storytelling and pacing across short- and long-form content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video editing and motion graphics experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience creating social-first formats for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to maintain brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Strong storytelling and pacing for both short- and long-form video.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Experience using asset management tools like Frame.io.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality, on-brand videos for campaigns, product launches, digital ads, and social channels.
• Design and animate motion graphics for website, Instagram Reels & TikTok, campaigns, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with creative, social, partnerships and brand teams to ideate and execute visual narratives.
• Organize and manage footage, audio, and assets for smooth production workflows.
• Maintain brand consistency across video projects while adapting style per channel.
• Stay up to date on content trends and platform best practices, especially short-form content.
• Occasionally assist in art direction and shoot planning for video campaigns.
• Experience using video asset management software like Dropbox and Frame.io.
• Perform basic audio editing such as noise reduction, level balancing, and dialogue syncing.
• Develop clear storyboards communicating narrative flow and scene composition.
