Million Dollar Baby Co. is seeking a talented Video & Motion Graphics Editor to bring our brand stories to life across campaigns, product launches, digital ads, and social channels.

You will edit high‑quality videos, design animated graphics for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and our website, and collaborate with creative, social, partnerships and brand teams. A strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, storytelling instincts, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience editing for social-first formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Excellent storytelling and pacing for short- and long-form video.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects.
• Experience with 3D, audio design, and sound editing.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality, on-brand videos for campaigns and social channels.
• Design and animate motion graphics for website and promos.
• Collaborate with creative, social, partnerships, and brand teams.
• Organize footage, audio, and assets for workflows.
• Maintain brand consistency and adapt tone per channel.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and short-form best practices.
• Assist in art direction and shoot planning for video campaigns.
• Use Dropbox and Frame.io for asset management.
• Perform basic audio editing to ensure high-quality final products.
• Develop clear storyboards communicating narrative flow.
