Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a strategic, creative Video & Motion Designer to join its global team in Manila. You will create brand-driven video content across multiple formats and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative creative solutions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in design or related field, at least 2 years of experience, and a robust portfolio demonstrating planning and execution of video/animation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Animation, Video Design or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant creative/design experience in an agency or in-house team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative strategic thinking - Portfolio Required.
• Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate industry standard video & audio equipment, and familiarity with lighting setups.
• A positive, self-starter attitude and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent video editing and/or animation skills are required for this role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Solid working knowledge of Mac OS, Adobe CC: Premier Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
• Understanding or experience with Canva, Midjourney, Blender, Cinema4D, Figma, Wordpress, Hubspot; hosting live virtual events with Zoom or Wistia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refine and elevate the brand image across video and animation
• Collaborate with the creative team on print, digital, presentations, infographics, animation and video & audio
• Operate cameras and audio equipment and manage lighting setups for on-set production
• Provide quality assurance and ensure on-time delivery of final creative
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and partner agencies
• Contribute to development of brand guidelines for global campaigns
• Support project tracking and documentation using online project management tools
