Job summary

FinCom Technologies in Manila is seeking a Brand Designer to own our visual brand end-to-end, turning the brand bible into production-ready assets and ensuring on-brand output across surfaces. You’ll craft hero visuals, build usable templates, and implement an AI-powered workflow.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in an art director role within advertising, and holds a Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts degree. Proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma, plus branding expertise, is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years with an art director background from an ad agency.
• Graduate of Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts.
• Branding craft: identity systems, brand bible, typography & color systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand system end-to-end from moodboards to touchpoint rules.
• Build a repeatable AI-driven creative pipeline with quality control.
• Maintain production discipline: layered master files and exports.
