Job Description
- Own brand P&L while leading and developing a high performing team
- Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure alignment with the overall brand vision and business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in strategy and marketing/commercial leadership
- Background in consultancy firms, FMCG, retail or technology/start-up companies
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
