Overview
The Brand Associate is responsible for driving brand visibility and consumer engagement by leading events, activations, and influencer-driven awareness campaigns both locally and globally. This role supports product launches through standout concepts, strong on-ground activations, and strategic influencer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Awareness Campaigns (Local & Global): develop and manage influencer-driven awareness campaigns to strengthen KONU's brand presence; recruit and onboard local influencers per campaign ensuring brand-fit and authenticity; coordinate with global influencer partners to maximize international awareness and reach; track influencer performance (engagement, reach, conversion) and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Product Launch Support: collaborate with Brand and Design teams to develop activation concepts and campaign rollouts for new product launches; recruit influencers aligned with the product's target market; ensure campaign messaging is consistent across influencer content, events, and digital platforms; execute launch events, retail activations, and sampling activities with influencer integration.
- Event & Activation Management: plan and execute brand events, campus activations, and retail/consumer touchpoints; manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; supervise on-site branding and influencer involvement; build relationships with influencers, agencies, schools, retail partners, and event organizers; collaborate with the Awareness/Conversion Brand Associate to drive campaigns that support brand equity and sales.
- Performance & Reporting: monitor campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, influencer ROI, event foot traffic, consumer participation); consolidate learnings into post-campaign and post-event reports; benchmark competitor influencer programs for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, events, brand activations, or product launches.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; confident communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder.
- Creative thinker with strong cultural awareness, especially among Gen Z audiences.
- Willingness to travel and work during evenings/weekends when campaigns or events require.
