- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategy development and decision-making.
- Define and maintain the brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Develop brand messaging, value propositions, and key differentiators to resonate with target customers and build brand loyalty.
- Plan and execute integrated advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and outdoor, to reach target audiences and drive traffic to retail locations and online platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and media partners to develop impactful advertising creatives, messaging, and media plans that align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing, to increase online visibility and drive online sales.
- Analyze digital performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, and optimize marketing tactics based on insights and data-driven decisions.
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, blog posts, articles, videos, and visual assets, to engage customers, showcase product features, and tell the HMI brand story.
- Ensure content is relevant, accurate, and optimized for search engines and social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Plan and execute experiential marketing events, product launches, trade shows, and showroom events to engage customers, generate leads, and drive sales opportunities.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and promotional materials, to ensure successful execution and positive brand experiences.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing management roles, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
