Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Manage a dynamic project marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration, productivity, and performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales strategies.


Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote real estate projects through various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.


Creative Content & Branding

  • Supervise the creation of high-impact marketing materials such as brochures, property flyers, videos, virtual tours, and other branded content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and materials.


Event Management

  • Plan and execute marketing events such as brand launches, open houses, broker previews, and other tactical selling events to boost project visibility and engagement.


Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, designers, and advertising agencies to execute high-quality deliverables.


Market & Competitor Insights

  • Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
