Job summary

DIAMOND LABORATORIES INC. is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute brand campaigns, coordinate with departments and suppliers, and develop compelling promotional content from our Quezon City office.

You will monitor market trends, analyze campaign results, ensure brand consistency, and support product launches and events, while collaborating with Sales to drive promotional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing brand marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Support product launches, events, trade shows, and other brand-related activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to support marketing initiatives and promotional programs.
• Manage inventory of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or immediate supervisor.
