Job summary

Philippine Pizza, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Brand Marketing team in implementing programs and promotions that align with the brand identity and market positioning.

You will assist in coordinating campaigns at store level, ensure timely delivery of materials, and provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager to help build brand awareness and drive sales growth. Familiarity with digital tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/MA degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
• Support the preparation and trafficking of creative materials, including layouts and artwork.
• Monitor marketing ad spends and report on budget tracking.
• Help prepare marketing materials such as press releases, social media posts, and promotional content.
• Work closely with Digital & Social Media teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Facilitate communication and documentation related to marketing projects and initiatives.
• Respond to routine inquiries about marketing promos and materials.
• Coordinate scheduling with creatives, photographers, and other vendors as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records of Job Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and promotional materials.
• Support logistics for promotional material distribution to stores, ensuring timely delivery.
