Job Description
  • Lead brand strategy and execution for the RTD category - from consumer insights to market performance.
  • Drive end-to-end brand management: innovation, communications, media, trade activation, and P&L.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance) to deliver strong business results.
  • Manage creative agencies and media partners to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Analyze category trends, brand health, and competitive landscape to guide decisions.
The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in FMCG or beverages.
  • Strong business acumen with a balance of creativity and executional discipline.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with teams onsite and being hands-on in the day-to-day.
  • A passion for brands, innovation, and understanding what drives consumer choice.
