Job Description
- Lead brand strategy and execution for the RTD category - from consumer insights to market performance.
- Drive end-to-end brand management: innovation, communications, media, trade activation, and P&L.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance) to deliver strong business results.
- Manage creative agencies and media partners to develop impactful campaigns.
- Analyze category trends, brand health, and competitive landscape to guide decisions.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in FMCG or beverages.
- Strong business acumen with a balance of creativity and executional discipline.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with teams onsite and being hands-on in the day-to-day.
- A passion for brands, innovation, and understanding what drives consumer choice.
