Stryker is looking for a strategic, dynamic Brand Manager to take ownership of our Neurovascular portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is not a maintenance role – it’s a chance to lead the direction and strategy of the brand with focus, vision, and energy.

What you will do

As Brand Manager, you will be the pan-EMEA expert driving the growth of our Neurovascular portfolio. This includes:

  • Setting and executing strategic brand direction in line with global strategy to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets.

  • Leading portfolio development, lifecycle management, and new product/indication launches.

  • Designing and delivering marketing campaigns, scalable assets, and education strategies to elevate brand value.

  • Partnering with divisional, portfolio, and local marketing teams to build annual marketing plans and long-term portfolio roadmaps.

  • Driving customer engagement through congresses, events, KOL development, and medical education programs.

  • Building strong relationships with sales, internal stakeholders, and key customers to increase brand perception and adoption.

  • Providing data-driven insights on brand performance and defining corrective actions when needed.

  • Acting as a key partner in developing the portfolio through innovation, M&A, and line extensions.

This role requires strategic courage and marketing excellence to bring clarity and focus to a high-potential part of the business.

What you bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8+ years of work experience

  • Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)

Preferred

  • MBA

  • 5+ years of medical device or marketing experience (vascular/neurovascular strongly preferred)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on timelines

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
