Job Description

  1. Manage end-to-end innovation: from ideation, formulation, and design to commercialization and in-market execution.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., manufacturers, distribution platforms) to develop new products.
  3. Lead brand campaigns, cultural initiatives, and storytelling efforts tailored for the Philippine market.
  4. Ensure partnerships support brand positioning and reach new audiences or formats.
  5. Oversee execution, from creative asset development to market launch.

The Successful Applicant

  1. 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or innovation, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
  2. Proven success in launching new products.
  3. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills across diverse markets.
  5. A passion for culture, storytelling, and brand building is highly valued.
  6. Willingness to work in-office from Monday to Friday.
