JOB SUMMARY:The Brand Manager oversees the creation and execution of strategies to grow and strengthen the brand’s market presence. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

1. Brand Strategy and Positioning:Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company objectives.

2. Brand Awareness and Equity:Increase brand visibility through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.

3. Campaign Management:Plan and execute successful brand campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.

4. Market Research and Insights:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Use insights to identify growth opportunities and refine brand messaging.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Align branding efforts with merchandising, advertising, and public relations initiatives.

6. Brand Consistency:Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touch points. Monitor brand representation in all internal and external communications.

7. Performance Metrics and ROI:Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand initiatives. Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for branding activities and propose adjustments as needed.

8. Innovation and Growth: Identify and explore new opportunities to expand the brand's reach. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to keep the brand competitive.
