Job summary

Maayo Leisure Group in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support planning and execution of campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. You will create materials, manage social media, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to drive brand awareness and growth.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, knowledge of Canva or Adobe, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe applications is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, social media content, and promotional collaterals.
• Manage and monitor social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners for marketing activities and events.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, photoshoots, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Ensure consistency of branding across marketing materials and communication channels.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Head or Management.
