Job summary

Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking a store associate to support daily retail operations in the Philippines.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering brand customer service, and ensuring products are properly displayed and maintained on the shop floor. Responsibilities include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, maintaining store standards, and participating in training to continually improve performance.

Qualifications

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, and take ownership to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to address customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all established policies and procedures.
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to represent the full product offer on the sales floor.
• Minimize loss in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Perform store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
• Complete all applicable training programs and apply learning on the job.
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve performance.

• Manage inventory, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain product displays.
• Monitor stock levels, organize merchandise, and assist in receiving deliveries.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, check for damaged goods, and keep the store tidy.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by Retail Operation Department.
