Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's Creative Design Services team seeks a Graphic Designer to support regional initiatives. You will create print and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency across templates and regions.

Ideal candidates hold a design degree with 1–2 years' experience, be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and able to manage multiple tasks while collaborating with the team. This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field, with 1-2 years of professional design experience; experience in templating design is an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, illustration, and brand application, with the ability to create both print-ready and digital assets.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently or within a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused professional with strong interpersonal skills; knowledge of Ceros, commercial real estate, or multi-channel content production is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs, presentations, and marketing materials using templates.
• Ensure outputs follow brand guidelines and use established templates.
• Produce graphics and assets for print and digital channels.
• Manage tasks and priorities to support team workflow and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues as needed.
