Job summary

Clark Outsourcing in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create compelling visuals for digital and print media and to maintain brand consistency across all materials.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, design social content, brochures, and presentations, and refine assets based on stakeholder feedback.

This onsite role offers opportunities to grow, learn new techniques, and contribute to a dynamic BPO culture that values creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience designing for digital and print media.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital and print materials (social media, websites, ads, brochures, presentations).
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistency across materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams on campaigns.
• Create and edit visual assets like illustrations, infographics, logos, and icons.
• Optimize graphics for various platforms with high-quality resolution.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to improve output.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine designs.
