Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 5+ years in creative design/branding with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong portfolio in branding, motion graphics, and integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Motion Graphics and Brand Graphics teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels and campaigns.
• Oversee design and production of video, animation, and assets.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Digital teams.
• Manage briefs, timelines, and resources for timely delivery.
• Review outputs for quality and brand compliance.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors.
