Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years in brand, marketing, or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and campaign operations.
• Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Passionate about branding, community building; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the 12-month marketing calendar and campaigns.
• Coordinate with CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, Ops, and Social.
• Support production and rollout of ATL, digital, influencer, and on-ground activations.
• Manage documentation and tracking of brand budgets, timelines, assets.
• Monitor KPIs like awareness, engagement, and trial conversion.
• Build social and community engagement plans with Social and Community teams.
• Coordinate with agencies/vendors for creative development and media.
• Maintain brand consistency and QA on visuals and messaging.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal updates for leadership.
• Adhere to company policies and exceed targets.
• Accept additional responsibilities as needed.
