Job summary

So-en Garments Corporation is seeking a Marketing Officer in the Philippines to execute campaigns, support product launches, coordinate content, and strengthen brand presence across retail and online channels.

The role suits candidates who are creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of turning marketing plans into tangible outputs while working with Sales, E-commerce, Product Development, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, retail, fashion, garments, FMCG, e-commerce, social media or related fields.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they have strong internship, portfolio or project experience.
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with different teams and suppliers.
• Basic knowledge of social media, digital marketing, content planning, retail promotions, and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand activities.
• Support social media, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and digital campaign execution.
• Coordinate marketing materials such as captions, posters, banners, product tags, display guides, and online assets.
• Assist in product marketing, including product descriptions, selling points, launch materials, and sample coordination.
• Work with Sales, E-commerce, Product Development, Operations, Graphic Artists, suppliers, agencies, photographers, influencers, and other partners.
• Help coordinate photoshoots, content production, events, activations, and campaign requirements.
• Monitor campaign execution, competitor activities, customer feedback, and prepare basic marketing reports.
