Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the branch meets income, operational, and compliance targets.

You will drive revenue growth, manage loan approvals, motorcycle sales, inventory and financial processes, while safeguarding regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and accurate customer documentation. You’ll coach and recruit staff to sustain performance and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in the retail industry.
