Job summary

Mags Closet Boutique is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the assigned branch in the Philippines. You will monitor sales, inventory, staffing, and adherence to company policies to ensure smooth running and customer satisfaction.

You will prepare monthly reports, coordinate with mall administration, and support payroll processing while driving productivity and achieving sales targets across the branch.

• Checking the Daily Sales Report
• Checking the Daily Postings/Updates
• Checking Daily Bank/Cash Transactions
• Checking weekly schedules
• Overseeing day-to-day operations
• Monitoring stock inventory
• Ensuring that sales targets are achieved in the assigned branch
• Boost employees’ productivity
• Enforcing company policies and ensuring that sanctions are implemented
• Preparing and submitting monthly reports
• Preparing payroll for branch employees
• Processing cheque payments for monthly billing such as Statement of Account and Internet
• Coordinating and collaborating with mall administration.
