Job Description

The Branch Supervisor is responsible for managing and securing the store’s resources (personnel, merchandise, and equipment) using established systems and procedures with the goal of achieving sales targets and satisfying customers while maintaining a profitable retail operation.

Description

The Branch Supervisor oversees sales management, inventory control, operations, personnel management, and cash management to ensure smooth store functioning and achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Management
    • Achieve sales targets and gross margins.
    • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports and analyses.
    • Develop and implement action plans for target achievement.
    • Conduct market and competition studies.
    • Set and monitor individual sales targets for staff.
  2. Inventory Management
    • Ensure proper stock levels and merchandise mix.
    • Maintain inventory variance within 0.05%.
    • Coordinate with Merchandising for stock concerns.
    • Manage merchandise disposal and promo updates.
  3. Operations
    • Conduct monthly store audits.
    • Maintain operational standards and store readiness.
    • Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
    • Handle store permits and documentation.
    • Coordinate with mall administration and other departments.
  4. Personnel Management
    • Conduct staff meetings and coordinate staffing schedules.
    • Oversee staff performance, conduct orientations, and handle disciplinary actions.
    • Manage staff attendance, leave, and payroll adjustments.
  5. Cash Management
    • Secure and account for cash and gift certificates.
    • Manage store expenses and cash operations.
    • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science, Management, Business Studies, or related fields. At least 6 months of relevant experience is required. Good communication, supervisory, customer service, and conflict resolution skills are essential. Willingness to work mall hours is also required.
