Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Service Officer for our Cubao, Quezon City branch to oversee tellering, cashiering and ATM operations. You will ensure prompt and compliant service delivery in line with the bank’s standards and internal controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and at least 5 years of branch operations experience in a commercial or universal bank. Willingness to be assigned in Cubao is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations
• Ensure prompt and efficient service in line with standards and internal controls
• Perform start and end of day activities
• Act as chief custodian of peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks
• Verify details and issuance of accountable forms are properly accounted
• Assist for signature / approval
• Review and prepare branch reports; ensure completeness, accuracy and timely dispatch of documents/reports
• Ensure discrepancies are reported or resolved on time

The Service Officer will be responsible overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the Branch. Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the Bank's service standards and internal control.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day activities
• Supervises the Cash Services and ATM operations of the branch
• Acts as the chief custodian of the peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks of the branch
• Responsible for verifying details and issuance of accountable forms are properly accounted
• Assistant for signature / approval
• Reviews / prepares, approves and submits branch reports. Ascertains completeness, accuracy and prompt and proper dispatch of documents / reports to concerned units
• Ensures that discrepancies are reported or resolved on time
