In this important role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the day-to-day operations of our local branch. This full-time position will have you working closely with our customers and contributing to the overall success of our retail banking operations in the area.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance with a range of banking needs

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries

• Cross-sell and promote the bank's products and services to meet customer financial needs
