Qualifications

• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a portfolio of active clients preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales acquisition and customer retention efforts in line with the store's growth strategy.
• Grow assigned managed accounts by deepening client relationships and improving share of wallet.
• Promote and sell banking products and services to qualified clients to meet business targets.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies through proper client identification (KYC) and AML adherence.
• Maintain high standards in audit, risk, and customer service with transparent, client-centric engagement.
