Job summary

EastWest Bank's Branch Banking Group is seeking an experienced Branch Relationship Officer nationwide. This on-site role focuses on retaining and expanding client relationships, driving deposits, cross-selling products, and maintaining compliance with KYC and AML rules.

You will grow managed accounts, deliver personalized service, and work with a high-performing team to meet growth targets while upholding audit and risk standards. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in banking sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of proven sales and marketing experience for deposit products in banking.
• Experience in Branch Banking operations or service delivery is welcome for front-line sales.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills; active client portfolio preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with resilience and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

What the role will entail

• Open to candidates with extensive experience in Branch Banking operations or service delivery who are seeking to transition into a front-line sales position
• Must possess strong selling and negotiation skills, with preference given to candidates maintaining an active client portfolio within the designated area
• Possesses strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with resilience and a proactive, results-oriented approach
