Qualifications

• Willing to start as Customer Care Officer and be assigned to Makati Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate and complete structured training programs and pass certification assessments in branch operations and customer service standards.
• Deliver training phase performance and results according to program design.
• Support daily branch operations via scheduling, resource allocation, and SOP adherence.
• Supervise frontline staff and store activities after certification, ensuring quality service and productivity.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to concerns while sustaining service quality.
