Job summary

Executive Optical in Makati is seeking a Management Trainee to oversee day-to-day branch operations, including customer engagement, sales performance, inventory control, and team supervision. The program leads to supervisory responsibilities upon certification.

You will participate in structured training, pass certification, support SOP compliance, and contribute to the retail scorecard. Willingness to travel nationwide and be posted at the Makati Head Office are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience in food or retail.
• Willing to be assigned to Makati Head Office and to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs and pass certification assessments in branch operations and customer service.
• Support daily branch operations including team scheduling and SOP adherence.
• Supervise frontline staff and store activities after certification.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to client concerns.
• Assist in sales performance tracking and identify opportunities to hit targets.
• Ensure inventory control and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate tasks such as timekeeping, reporting, and permit renewals.
