• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least 3 years in branch operations or logistics.
• Knowledge of inventory, warehouse, and delivery operations.
• Familiar with local delivery routes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch and warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory, products, equipment, and branch assets.
• Ensure receiving, releasing, storage, and documentation are accurate.
• Keep the workplace safe, clean, organized, and efficient.
• Supervise branch personnel and daily work assignments.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Coach the team and communicate targets and company directives.
• Coordinate daily deliveries and routes.
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse, sales, and Head Office.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
