As the Branch Operations Head for the Kidapwan Branch of City Savings Bank, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the branch. This full-time position is located in Kidapawan, and will involve managing a team of banking professionals to deliver superior customer service and ensure smooth branch operations.
Job Requirements:
- Manage and oversee all branch operations, including customer service, teller activities, and back-office functions
- Lead and develop a team of branch personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance branch efficiency and customer experience

Job Qualifications:
