Job summary

SWIRE TRAVEL PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a driven Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service at our Cebu City branch.

This role will lead a team, manage performance, and collaborate with partners to meet business targets. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in travel or branch operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel, tourism, or branch operations, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, sales, communication, and customer service skills.
