Agribusiness Banking Corporation – A Rural Bank is seeking a BANK BRANCH MANAGER to oversee deposits and loans sales, branch administration, and team leadership in a full-time in-person role. You will ensure regulatory compliance, accurate handling of customer accounts, and efficient operations at the branch.

The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, manage branch KPIs, and train staff to deliver high-quality service while maintaining operational controls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deposit and loans sales operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer accounts, transactions, and records.
• Manage deposit and loan-related products and services, including checking, savings, and money market accounts.
• Branch Administration: coordinate day-to-day administrative functions, monitor branch performance and KPIs.
• Lead, mentor and train staff on procedures, compliance, and service quality.
