Agribusiness Banking Corporation – A Rural Bank in Bulacan is seeking a highly motivated Bank Branch Manager to oversee all deposit-related functions and branch administration, ensuring efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

You will lead deposits and loans sales, manage products (checking, savings, money market), train and develop a high-performing team, and monitor branch KPIs while delivering professional service to customers on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong background in bank deposits and loans sales.
• Experience with branch operations and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to work in-person at a bank branch in Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deposit and loans sales operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer accounts, transactions, and records.
• Manage deposit and loan-related products and services, including checking, savings, and money market accounts.
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day administrative functions of the branch, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and branch organization.
• Monitor and track branch performance, ensuring operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
