  • Recording daily IN and OUT of clients and sellers
  • Reviewing and facilitating issuance of deviation notices on submitted reservation sales
  • Receiving, checking, and recording Signed Contract-to-Sell and other documentary requirements
  • Managing the processing of Post-Dated-Checks
  • Coordinating for timely resolution of client requests and concerns
  • Assisting in recommending sales and marketing opportunities
  • Preparing accomplishment reports on a monthly basis
  • Monitoring and requesting branch office supplies
