Job summary

BDO Network Bank, the community bank subsidiary of BDO Unibank, seeks a Branch Head to drive profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch in Isabela. You will develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets.
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).
