Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Branch Client Relations Officer to manage daily lobby operations and support the Branch Head in driving growth through active marketing, cross-selling, and upselling of the Bank's products, including deposits, loans, and credit cards.

The CRO identifies client needs, generates sales leads, and promotes banking and bancassurance products to strengthen client relationships and help meet branch sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• At least 3 years of branch banking experience as an officer.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Greenhills, Ortigas, Pasig, Makati, QC and Manila areas.

The Branch Client Relations Officer (CRO) is responsible for the daily lobby management operations and serves as a key support to the Branch Head in driving business growth through active marketing, cross-selling, and upselling of the Bank's and its affiliates products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and bancassurance solutions. The role involves identifying client needs, generating sales leads, and promoting appropriate banking and insurance products to enhance client relationships and contribute to the branch's overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the clients of the Bank by actively volunteering assistance
• Manage lobby traffic in the branch and directing / educating clients to use alternative electronic channels (i.e. the branch's digital machines
• Approve and override transactions
• Ensure compliance to the Bank's Policies, procedures and Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder
• With at least three years branch banking experience as an officer
• Proficiency in computer and business applications
• Has effective oral and written communications skills
