Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Branch Head for the Branch Banking Group to oversee profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch in the Philippines. Lead client relationships, drive sales of bank products, ensure compliance, and guide branch staff to meet targets.

The ideal candidate holds a business degree, has at least 5 years in branch operations and marketing, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course, preferably in a Business program.
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Exhibited ability to implement effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offers appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services and other bank products and profitability targets
• Oversees the overall servicing of the branch- including administrative, control and compliance bank products, services, policies, procedures and controls of Branch Officers and staff.
• This role will continue to have oversight on Branch Marketing and Operations
