UnionBank of the Philippines is seeking a Branch Operations Associate to oversee the branch delivery system, handle platform services, account openings, and in-house sales while ensuring compliant cash management at branch level.

You will build strong client relationships, supervise junior staff, and coordinate service requests to deliver reliable customer service in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in banking operations, branch servicing, or sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of cash management, branch controls, and compliance standards.
• Leadership and team management experience is an advantage.

Job Summary: Responsible for administration and efficient operation of the Branch Delivery System, delivery of platform services, account opening and in-house sales, cash management at branch level, participation in the administrative proceedings, CX experience and serves as the CAO of the branch.
