Job summary

UnionBank in San Juan, Metro Manila is seeking a Branch Ambassador to oversee the Branch Delivery System, support in-house sales, cash management, and CX at the Greenhills branch.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, banking operations experience, and strong customer service and leadership skills to coach junior ambassadors and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Experience in banking operations, branch servicing, or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling, branch controls, and compliance standards is desirable.

Job Summary: Responsible for administration and efficient operation of the Branch Delivery System, delivery of platform services, account opening and in-house sales, cash management at branch level, participation in the administrative proceedings, CX experience and serves as the CAO of the branch.
