Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the acquisition and retention of subscribers in a defined geographical area. This role ensures that sales targets are achieved through effective vendor management of third-party partners, field team supervision, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely fulfillment and activation. The Supervisor also plays a key role in monitoring sales performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Areas of Responsibility, Key Tasks, and Metrics
  • Sales Acquisition & Retention

    • Drive subscriber growth through sales campaigns

    • Monitor churn rates

  • Vendor & Field Sales Team Management

    • vendor manage 3rd party sales vendors and direct field teams

    • Conduct regular vendor evaluations

  • Sales Fulfillment Coordination

    • Liaise with Service Fulfillment and Delivery teams

    • Ensure accurate order tagging and timely installation

  • Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain updated sales records

    • Submit reports to Branch Accounts Manager

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and technical teams

    • Address escalations

  • Willing to be assigned in field locations and travel as required
