EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate of any bachelor's degree

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• With 1 year BPO experience;
• MUST HAVE: 1-2 years of experience handling Travel accounts or GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) in a BPO environment
• Good spoken & written English communications skill
• Computer proficient and can navigate the computer with minimum-to-zero supervision

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree with at least 1-2 years of working experience in BPO/Call Center - customer service/sales/travel account experience is required.
• Analyzes and tests processes and systems, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, validates data accuracy, identifies and resolves issues, and collaborates with stakeholders
• Candidate must have excellent spoken & written English communications skills and strong analytical and listening skills
• Willing to work on-site in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
