Job Opening: BPO Director for Operations - Clark, Pampanga - 250K

About the role

We are seeking a BPO Operations Director to oversee daily operations and achieve efficiency metrics. The role is based on-site in Clark and offers a salary of up to 250,000 PHP, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Program and Cross-Functional Leads to achieve operational excellence;
  • Partner with Business Development, Sales, and Management to explore growth opportunities;
  • Support Recruitment to ensure timely hiring for various roles;
  • Participate in New Hire Orientation and support training initiatives;
  • Coordinate with Quality and Program Leads on monitoring, coaching, and performance management;
  • Implement reward and recognition programs;
  • Work with HR and Program Leads on corrective actions and employee satisfaction initiatives;
  • Ensure developmental training for supervisors is planned and executed effectively;
  • Develop succession plans for critical positions in collaboration with HR and leadership;
  • Lead Business Continuity Planning activities;
  • Uphold compliance with organizational policies and contractual/regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; Postgraduate degree and certifications preferred;
  • Minimum of 10 years in BPO, including 2 years in an operations director role;
  • Strong financial management skills, including P&L;
  • Experience in client relationship and operations management;
  • Background in US Banking and Financial Services, specifically Customer Care & Collections.
