ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding product information, price inquiries, complaints, delivery follow ups, placing of orders, etc.
  • Accurately log all incoming calls in the CRM (customer relationship management) system for proper documentation.
  • Efficiently and effectively identify concerns and provide the necessary solutions where applicable.
  • Coordinate with several branches and departments to resolve customer concerns and/or requests.
  • Ensure pending concerns are attended to in a timely manner and escalate as needed.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Open to fresh graduates with no experience.
  • Year 12 completion is required as the minimum education level.
  • 6 months experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Understandable writing and speaking skills in both English and Filipino.
