Overview

The role involves daily review, audit, and update of ADP (the current payroll system); assist with payroll discrepancy investigations as needed; and processing payroll administrative paperwork to ensure timely submission to corporate payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Daily review, audit, and update of ADP (currently payroll system).
  • Assist with investigation of payroll discrepancies with the TL as required – audit of submissions for accuracy and ensure received by corporate payroll with timelines associated with payroll deadlines.
  • Processing of payroll administrative paperwork and ensure received by corporate payroll within timelines associated with payroll deadlines.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Post Secondary Education, preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, within an environment of tight deadlines.
  • Superior communication skills (listening/verbal/written) and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Prior payroll experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates proven organizational skills to complete all priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, Excel, Access.
  • Flexibility with schedules as required to meet payroll deadlines.
